AGT (Automated Guideway Transit)

Mission Statement

The Committee will serve as an advocate for promoting AGT interests. It will be responsible for the assembly and dissemination of information on AGT systems, both in operation as well as in the planning, design and/or construction phases. Committee areas of interest include, but may not necessarily be limited to, labor issues, regulatory issues, government agency liaison at all levels, legislation, "new starts", marketing, modal integration, publications, and funding sources. The Committee will also seek to advance AGT technology, including the domestic capability to design and manufacture AGT systems and components.
