Call For Papers -- Track 1 -- FRA and FTA

Rail conference planning subcommittee members are invited to review the abstracts below by January 15 for the 2007 APTA Rail Conference. You are welcome to refer to the session list for reference.

FRA AND FTA REGULATORY ISSUES

Use the reviewer's form or, provide your recommendations with the following guidelines:

1. Using the track number and session name, do you recommend having this session?
2. Provide ideas on how the title and session description below should change.
3. Using the contact person's last name, which members should be invited to speak and write a paper?
4. Which members should be invited to only publish a paper on the CD of the proceedings (not speak)?
5. Which abstract should be declined for speaking and publishing (for example, because it appears to be too commercial or sales-oriented)?
6. Which abstracts should go to another session (please refer to the session list and recommend a specific session.

Provide the reasons for your recommendations - members ask for feedback.
