 Procurement & Materials Management Committee

This committee is concerned with procurement methods, life cycle cost evaluations, terms and conditions, bond requirements, federal procurement requirements, and the relationship between buyers and suppliers of transit equipment, materials and services. The committee scope also includes materials management and stockroom operations.



The next committee meeting will take place during the 2016 Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 12, 2016,  2:30 - 3:45 pm.

Several procurement educational sessions will take place during the Annual Meeting including the long awaited, "PROCUREMENT SUPER SESSION!" This session is the expert procurement consultation that members have been asking for.  More than 2 centuries of combined expertise will be available to address your procurement issue.  To increase the chance of getting your procurement question addressed, please send your questions to Staff Advisor Beverly Hill by Friday, August 25, 2016.
