 APTA 2010-2014 Strategic Plan 

The 2010-2014 Strategic Plan was developed through an open conversation with the APTA membership from January through October of 2009, which included open brainstorming sessions at APTA events and committee meetings as well as a membership survey and a webinar. The goal was to understand the needs of APTA members over the next five years and how APTA can help them meet those needs.

The Strategic Plan guides APTA in developing its annual business plans and budgets. It ensures that the association’s resources are used to serve members where they need it the most.
