United and American Airlines offer special discounts to APTA meeting attendees. Please call the airlines, APTA's official travel agent listed below, or your travel agent to obtain round-trip transportation at the lowest convention fares. Ask your travel agent to call the Meeting Desks to obtain these reduced fares.

Reduced Train Fares

Amtrak will offer a 10% discount off the lowest available fare to San Francisco, CA from May 26 – June 7, 2008.  To book space, contact the National Reservations Desk or your local travel agent.  Make sure you refer to the fares order number when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on Auto Train. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.  Fare is valid on Metroliner and Acela service for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.

Reduced Car Rental Rates

Avis Rent a Car offers special low car rental rates which are available one week before and one week after the conference.  Rentals include UNLIMITED FREE MILEAGE.
