2010 Annual Meeting Showcase
Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, TX
October 3 - 6:00pm- 8:00pm (during the Welcome Reception)
& October 4 – 11:30am – 2:00pm
Showcase Booth Reservations
In order to participate in the Annual Meeting Showcase you must be an APTA member. The deadline for reservations is August 30, 2010.
The cost to reserve a 10’ x 10’ booth (includes 1 exhibitor badge) is $1,425
Save $200 and be listed in the preliminary program by reserving your booth by June 28, 2010.
Booths include drapes, carpeting, table, 2 chairs, company I.D. sign, 1 exhibitor badge for the Showcase
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post marked no later than September 3. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after September 3.
All attendees must be registered for either the Annual Meeting or for Showcase Floor Access.
The Showcase Floor Access badge is $125 and includes the welcome reception and Monday lunch. Please note: this badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor.
Your badges can be picked up at the APTA Registration desk in the Grand Hyatt San Antonio.
