Your fee for the entire 2010 Annual Meeting is $600 per person if payment is received by APTA on or before August 24. After August 24 the registration fee is $650.
The fee for spouses/guests is $125 per person, which includes the Welcome Reception, the Products and Services Showcase & Lunch, and the APTA Awards Luncheon.
Non-members may attend for a special fee, which is the late registration fee plus $500 (applied to dues if you join APTA within three months). Call APTA’s Membership Department at (202) 496-4800 for details.
The Showcase Floor Access badge is $125 and includes the welcome reception and Monday lunch. Please note: this badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor.

Registration fees will be refunded if your request is received in writing and post-marked no later than September 3, 2010. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the September 3 deadline. In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have your registration fee, minus the 20% processing fee, applied to a future meeting (must be used within one year). Or, you may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2010 Annual Meeting.
Admission to all scheduled activities requires a name badge. Please register and pick up your badge upon arrival. The registration desk, located in the Grand Hyatt, will be open the following times:
