 Registration

Pre-Registration for the 2013 APTA Annual Meeting is closed. You may register at the Hilton Chicago, Boulevard A, 2nd floor beginning on Saturday September 28 at 10am.

 

Registration Types

Member Registration

  • $750 per person - on or before August 16, 2013
  • $800 per person - after August 16, 2013 

Non-member Registration

  • $1300 per person

Non-members may attend for a special fee. The special fee is the late registration fee plus $500 (Applied to dues if you join within 3 months). Call APTA's Membership Department (202-496-4800) for details.

Spouse/Guest Fees (The spouse/guest rates are not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals.)

$125 per person - includes Welcome Reception, Showcase Lunch, and WTS Breakfast Individual meal tickets can also be purchased:

$75 per person - Welcome Reception only

$50 per person - Showcase Lunch ticket only

$50 per person - WTS Breakfast ticket only

 Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 30, 2013. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the August 30 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if your request is receive in writing no later than October 14, 2013. There will be no credits after the October 14 deadline.

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2013 Annual Meeting.

Sessions Requiring Separate Registration

MAP-21 Capital Investment Grants Program Workshop                           

Key Federal Transit Administration staff will discuss rating projects under the new MAP-21 evaluation process.  In addition, FTA will engage participants in a listening session during which FTA will seek the industry's thoughts about MAP-21 Section 5309 provisions that are subject to upcoming interim policy guidance and future rulemaking.

This workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 1:30pm - 4:30pm.  The registration fee is waived for Annual Meeting attendees.  To attend the workshop only, there is a fee of $75.  Advance registration is required.  You may register online or download a registration form to pay by check.
