2011 Meeting
APTA’s Business Member Board of Governors' (BMBG) annual business meeting/retreat was held January 12 – 14, 2011 at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.

About This Meeting
All APTA business members are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in BMBG annual meetings, helping to shape APTA’s private sector agenda for the next two years.
This meeting focused on doing business in the transit industry and business member support for APTA’s transit advocacy efforts and other programs. The BMBG annual meeting is an excellent venue to network with other business members regarding upcoming projects and partnership opportunities.
Since the meeting took place following the midterm national election, the agenda included discussions of the impact of the election on authorization and other transit issues in Washington, as well as how business members can help advance the transit agenda on the national and local levels.
