Please note that in order to participate in either the Bus Display or the Bus Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your exhibit space at the staging of the event.

Each booth reservation includes drapes, table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary Showcase-only exhibitor registration. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you do not wish to be placed next to.
Each vehicle shorter than 35'

The price of each vehicle includes one complimentary Bus Display-only exhibitor registration. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you do not wish to be placed next to.
Information on staging of the Bus Display will be available approximately three weeks out.
Value-Added Pre-Event Publicity for All Showcase and Bus Display Exhibitors
Your 2016 exhibit payment includes a FREE promotional placement in a special APTA 2016 Bus & Paratransit Conference Products & Services/Bus Display publication, which will be sent to more than 25,000 public transit industry leaders. The publication will be sent two weeks in advance of the conference, helping build pre-show buzz for your company.
All 2016 Bus & Paratransit Conference Products & Services/Bus Display exhibitors will be sent complete details on how to submit materials after your exhibitor payment is processed. The deadline for final artwork for this special publication is April 6, 2016, so reserve your exhibit space early to take advantage of this offer.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than April 18, 2016. After the April 18 deadline, a credit will be extended to a future APTA conference. This credit can be used to purchase a booth at an APTA showcase or attendee registration(s) at APTA meetings and conferences occurring before May 31, 2017. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld unconditionally. There will be no refunds after April 18.
All attendees must be registered for the Bus & Paratransit Conference, or registered for Showcase-only or Bus Display-only (as applicable to your event).
There is one complimentary exhibitor registration included with each purchase of a booth or bus space. Please fill in the information for the complimentary registration when you complete the reservation form. Please note - a complimentary exhibitor registration does NOT gain free access to BOTH events. A Bus Display complimentary exhibitor badge allows access to the Bus Display ONLY. A Product and Services Showcase complimentary exhibitor badge allows access to the Product and Services Showcase ONLY.
For additional access, or to register additional exhibitor personnel, you may register for the Bus Display or Showcase for a fee of $60 per person, per event. Lunch is included in the fee.
Exhibitors and showcase-only attendees are able to register online or by registration form for the APTA Bus & Paratransit Conference Welcome Reception taking place on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 6:00pm. Tickets are $50 per person.
