Bus Display - Monday, May 7- 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Bus Products & Services Showcase - Tuesday, May 8 - 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Please note that in order to participate in either the Bus Display or the Bus Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your exhibit space at the staging of the event.

Spaces are still available as of the end of March.

Product Showcase

10’ x 10’ Booth

$1100 - early bird fee by February 20, 2012
$1300 - after February 20, 2012

Each booth reservation includes drapes, table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary Showcase-only exhibitor registration. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.

Bus Display

Each bus shorter than 35'

$925 - early bird fee by February 20, 2012
$1125 - after February 20, 2012

Each bus 35' - 45'

$1025 - early bird fee by February 20, 2012
$1225 - after February 20, 2012

Each bus longer than 45'

$1125 - early bird fee by February 20, 2012
$1325 - after February 20, 2012

The price of each bus includes one complimentary Bus Display-only exhibitor registration. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.

Information on staging of the Bus Display will be available approximately three weeks out.

Refund Policy

Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than April 9, 2012. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after April 9.

Exhibitor Registration

All attendees must be registered for the Bus & Paratransit Conference, or registered for Showcase-only or Bus Display-only (as applicable to your event).

There is one complimentary exhibitor registration included with each purchase of a booth or bus space. Please fill in the information for the complimentary registration when you complete the reservation form.

Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only or Bus Display only for a fee of $50 per person. Please note that this badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor or bus display area. Lunch is included in the fee.
