Member Registration
- $575 per person - on or before March 30, 2012
- $625 per person - after March 30, 2012
Non-member Registration
Non-members may attend for a special fee. The special fee is the late registration fee plus $500 (Applied to dues if you join within 3 months). Call APTA's Membership Department (202-496-4800) for details.
Spouse/Guest Fees
This rate is not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals.

Products & Services Showcase-Only or Bus Display-Only Registration
- $50 per person (lunch included)
Exhibitor personnel, as well as anyone wishing to just walk the show floor or bus display, can register for the Product Showcase only, or the Bus Display only. Please note: This badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor or the bus display area. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.

The International Bus Roadeo Awards Banquet will be held Tuesday, May 8 from 7 - 9 p.m. Tickets may be pre-ordered by completing the Bus Roadeo Awards Banquet Tickets portion of the conference registration form.

Presentation Skills Workshop

- APTA members: no additional fee
- Non-members: $275 per person
This workshop is offered in two separate sessions, with a 25-person limit for each session. Please email your intent to attend to APTA's Jose Reyes at jreyes@apta.com by April 27. Mobility Management Conference
Wednesday, May 9 - Thursday, May 10
- $75 per person - for Bus & Paratransit Conference attendees
Attendees of the 2012 Bus & Paratransit Conference can register for the Mobility Management Conference for a discounted rate of $75. Please register for the Bus & Paratransit Conference first, and then when you register online for Mobility Management, you will be offered the discounted rate instead of the regular rate.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than April 6, 2012. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the April 6 deadline.
In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year).
You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2012 Bus & Paratransit Conference.
