The American Public Transportation Association’s (APTA) 2011 Fare Collection Workshop will be held March 28-30 at the in Miami Downtown Hilton. APTA is pleased to invite its members to submit half-page abstracts by December 22 within these technical/educational tracks:

Track Subject
1 Fare Collection 101
2 Fare Collection 102
3 Legacy Systems- migration and transition
4 Data Mining – useful reporting
5 Making your system transit benefit friendly
6 Smart Marketing-partnering with community
7 Open Payment Options
8 Successful Practices

You are encouraged to share your professional expertise with transit industry peers and showcase your projects.  By submitting an abstract, authors will be expected to act as a moderator or presenter and invite qualified panelist for their session.
