 Registration

Pre-registration for the 2011 Fare Collection Workshop has closed, but you can still register on-site at the conference.

Registration Types

Member Registration

  • $425 per person - on or before February 14, 2011
  • $475 per person - after February 14, 2011
  • Additional $60 - if attending the Monday Introduction to Fare Collection 101 Training Seminar

Your fee for the entire 2011 Fare Collection Workshop is $425 per person if registration is received by APTA on or before February 14, 2011; after February 14 the registration fee is $475 per person. If attending the Monday Introduction to Fare Collection 101 Training Seminar please add $60 to your registration fee.

Non-member Registration

  • $975 per person
  • Additional $60 - if attending the Monday Introduction to Fare Collection 101 Training Seminar

Non-members may register for a special fee. The special fee is the standard registration fee plus $500 (Applied to dues if you join within three months). Call APTA's Membership Department 202-496-4800 for details. If attending the Monday Introduction to Fare Collection 101 Training Seminar please add $60 to your registration fee.

Spouse/Guest Fees

  • $125 per person

Spouses or guests may attend for a fee of $125 per person. This rate is not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals.

Product Showcase-Only Registration

  • $50 per person (reception included)

Exhibitor personnel, as well as anyone wishing to just walk the show floor, can register for the Showcase only. Please note: This badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.

Important Dates

  • Early Fee Deadline – February 14, 2011
  • Refund Deadline – February 28, 2011
  • Hotel Reservation Deadline (for discounted rate) – March 9, 2011
  • Deadline for your name on Registration List – March 15, 2011
  • Pre-registration Deadline – March 22, 2011
  • On-site Registration – March 28-30, 2011 

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than February 28. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the February 28 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than April 11. There will be no credits after the April 11 deadline.

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2011 Fare Collection Workshop.

Training Seminars

In addition to the regular conference sessions, there will be two additional training seminars, which require advance registration. When you register for the Fare Collection Workshop, please note whether you plan to attend either of these sessions.

  • Fare Collection 101 Training Seminar
    Monday, March 28, 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.
    Fee: $60 per person
  • Fare Collection 102 Training Seminar
    Tuesday, March 29, 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
    Fee: complimentary

Smart Card Alliance Workshop
