Anyone can register to attend only the product showcase which will be held on Tuesday, March 20, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 21, from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. No conference sessions are included in the showcase-only price.
The showcase is included in registration for the Fare Collection Workshop & TransITech Conference, so if you are attending the full conference, you do not need to register separately for the showcase.
For companies who are exhibiting in the product showcase, one complimentary exhibitor registration is included with the purchase of a booth. Any additional exhibitor personnel must register.

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than February 20, 2012. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the February 20 deadline.
In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than April 2. There will be no credits after the April 2nd deadline.
You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2012 Fare Collection Workshop & TransITech Conference.
In addition to the regular conference sessions, there will be two additional training seminars, which require advance registration. When you register for the Fare Collection Workshop & TransITech Conference, please note whether you plan to attend either of these sessions.

An optional workshop, Prioritizing Transit in a Connected Vehicle World—A Transit Signal Priority Training Workshop, will be held on Monday, March 19. This workshop is sponsored by FTA, ITE, and APTA. The fee for this workshop is $25, and you must register separately on the ITE website.
