If you have registered as an attendee for the TransITech Conference, please do not register for the Annual Meeting separately. Your TransITech registration includes access to all Annual Meeting sessions, except for food functions.
- Early Fee Deadline – August 15, 2014
- Refund Deadline – August 29, 2014
- Pre-registration Deadline – October 7, 2014
- On-site Registration – October 11-15, 2014
Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 29, 2014. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the February 18 deadline.
In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than October 27, 2014. There will be no credits after the October 27 deadline.
You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2014 TransITech Conference.
