The registration fee includes admittance to all High Speed Rail Policy Forum sessions and events.
All forum attendees must register.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration.
Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Pre-registration will close after Monday, November 27, 2017. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite on November 29.
Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to email@example.com. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than November 15, 2017. There will be no refunds after the November 15 deadline.
