 Registration

Pre-registration is now closed. You may register onsite at the conference on Sunday, November 15 starting at 8:00a.

Not sure if you are registered for this conference? Log in to MyAPTA, then go to My Transactions and Events to see a list of all the events you have registered for.

Registration Types

Conference Registration

  • $525 per person - on or before September 30, 2015
  • $575 per person - after September 30, 2015

Spouse/Guest Fees

  • $125 per person - includes Welcome Reception and lunch

This rate is not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals. The Spouse/Guest registration fee does not include access to conference educational sessions.

Important Dates

  • Early Fee Deadline – September 30, 2015
  • Refund Deadline – October 9, 2015
  • Pre-registration Ends – November 10, 2015
  • On-site Registration – November 15-17, 2015

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than October 9, 2015. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the October 9 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future meeting (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than November 27, 2015.

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending this conference.
