Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All Showcase attendees must be registered for the Multimodal Workshop, or registered for Showcase-only.
Each table reservation includes one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration (access only to Monday reception and showcase – no sessions, meal functions or other events at the workshop). Please fill in the information for the free badge when you complete the table reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only for a fee of $75 per person. Please note that this badge will only give you access to the Showcase and the Monday reception.
Deadline & Refund Policy
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 23, 2012. There will be no refunds after July 23.
