The 2012 Rail Conference is scheduled for June 3-6, 2012 (Sunday-Wednesday), at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, TX.

- Registration is now open. Please see the registration page for more information on how to register. Make sure to register by May 2 to have your name included on the printed registration list.
- Separate Advance Registration is suggested or required for several workshops, tours, and other events. Please see the list for more information and deadlines.
- Hotel reservations Hotel reservations are sold out at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Overflow rooms are available at the Omni Dallas Hotel, located three blocks away. Continuous shuttle service between the Hyatt and the Omni will be available.

Please note: The Hyatt Regency Dallas is currently undergoing renovations to its guest rooms. They have assured us this will not affect service or quality standards.
