Products & Services Showcase - Tuesday, June 14 - 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
In order to participate in the 2011 Rail Conference Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your booth at the staging of the event.
8’ x 10’ Booth
- $1100 - early fee (reservations by April 4)
- $1300 - standard fee (after April 4)
Each booth reservation includes drapes, table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration. Ceiling height is 8 feet in the exhibit hall.
Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method when accompanied with payment. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Deadline & Refund Policy
The deadline for reservations is May 6, 2011. Please note that space may sell out prior to May 6, so early bookings are recommended. You can save $200 by making your reservation by April 4, 2011.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than May 13. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after May 13.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All Showcase attendees must either be registered for the Rail Conference, or be registered for Showcase-Only access.
There is one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration included with the purchase of a booth. Please fill in the information for the free badge when you complete the booth reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only for a fee of $100 per person. Breakfast and lunch are included in the fee.
Please note: The Showcase-Only badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor and does not include entrance to any sessions.
