 Registration

Pre-Registration for the Rail Conference is now closed.

You may still register onsite at the Grand America Hotel at the APTA Registation Desk located in the Grand Ballroom Office North and South during the following days and times:

Saturday, June 20, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, June 21, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Monday, June 22, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, June 23, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 24, 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Registration Types

Member Registration

  • $775 per person - on or before May 5, 2015
  • $825 per person - after May 5, 2015

Non-member Registration

  • $1325 per person

Non-members may attend for a special fee. The special fee is the late registration fee plus $500 (Applied to dues if you join within 3 months). Call APTA's Membership Department (202-496-4800) for details.

Spouse/Guest Fees

  • $125 per person

This rate is not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals. Registration includes tickets to the Welcome Reception and Products & Services Showcase lunch. Individual tickets will be available for purchase on site.

Products & Services Showcase-Only Registration

  • $150 per person (lunch included)

Exhibitor personnel, as well as anyone wishing to just walk the show floor, may register for the Product Showcase only. Please note: This badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor area. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.  Registration for Showcase Only may be done on the Exhibitor Information page.

Events Requiring Separate Registration

The following events below require a separate registration apart from the main Rail Conference registration. Please select the links below to review registration requirements and separate fees, if applicable.

Additionally, in order to attend the International Rail Rodeo Awards Banquet on Sunday, June21, you must purchase tickets at $100 per ticket. Tickets may be purchased through the main Rail Conference registration process.

Important Dates

  • Early Fee Deadline – May 5, 2015
  • Refund Deadline – May 5, 2015
  • Pre-registration Deadline – June 16, 2015
  • On-site Registration – June 20-24, 2015

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than May 5, 2015. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the May 9 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year).

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2015 Rail Conference.
