Registration Types

Member Registration

  • $525 per person - on or before March 2, 2015 (extended to March 9!)
  • $575 per person - after March 9, 2015

Non-member Registration

  • $1075 per person

Non-members may register for a special fee. The special fee is the standard registration fee plus $500 (Applied to dues if you join within three months). Call APTA's Membership Department at 202-496-4800 for details.

Spouse/Guest Fees

  • $125 per person

This rate is not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals.

Showcase-Only Registration

  • $75 per person (reception included)

Anyone can register to attend only the product showcase which will be held on Tuesday, March 31, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (including reception). No conference sessions are included in the showcase-only price.

The showcase is included in registration for the Revenue Management & Fare Collection Summit and TransITech Conference, so if you are attending the full conference, you do not need to register separately for the showcase.

For companies who are exhibiting in the product showcase, one complimentary exhibitor registration is included with the purchase of a booth. Any additional exhibitor personnel must register at an additional $75 per booth personnel.

  • Early Fee Deadline – March 2, 2015
  • Refund Deadline – March 9, 2015
  • Pre-registration Deadline – March 23, 2015
  • On-site Registration – March 29 - April 1, 2015

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than March 9, 2015.  A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld.  There will be no refunds after the March 9 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if a request is received in writing no later than April 10. There will be no credits after the April 10 deadline.

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2015 Revenue Management & Fare Collection Summit and TransITech Conference.
