The APTA Group Rate at the US Grant is $219 single and $249 double occupancy, plus 12.77% tax per room night.

Your reservation must be made 5:00 p.m., PDT, on Friday, July 14. After July 14 the Group Rate may not be available. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible as rooms may sell out prior to July 14.

  1. All reservations require a credit card guarantee of the first nights room and tax in order to secure your reservation.
  2. Reservations must be made by July 14. Availability of the Group Rate after July 14 is subject to availability.
  3. Availability of both rooms and the Group Rate pre and post meeting are subject to limited availability.
  4. Please note, failure to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival will result in the loss of the first night's fee and cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
  5. Be sure to confirm your departure date upon check-in as you will be charged an early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
  6. Be sure to keep a copy of your confirmation for your records.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes to your reservation may be made directly with the hotel by calling 866-837-4270. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival in order to avoid a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
