Product Showcase
Sunday, July 31-Tuesday, August 2
In order to reserve table space in the Product Showcase, you must be an APTA member.
Please note that you can save $100 if you make your reservation by July 1, 2011.
Exhibitor Fees
2’ x 6’ Table
- $450 - regular reservation fee (reservations by July 1)
- $550 - late reservation fee (after July 1)
Each table reservation includes a skirted table and chair and one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration.
Please note that shipping instructions and electrical order form will be posted on this page after July 1.
Space Assignments
Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Deadline & Refund Policy
The deadline for reservations is July 1, 2011. Please note that space may sell out prior to July 1, so early bookings are recommended. Reservations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 late fee, provided space is still available.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 10, 2011. There will be no refunds after July 10.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All Showcase attendees must either be registered for the Sustainability & Public Transportation Workshop, or be registered for Showcase-Only access.
There is one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration included with the purchase of a table. Please fill in the information for the free badge when you complete the table reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only for a fee of $75 per person.
Please note: The Showcase-Only badge will only give you access to the display tables and the Sunday welcome reception. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included with this badge.
