Product Display Tabletops

This is not a tradeshow, but an opportunity to advertise your company’s function and services. In order to purchase a tabletop, you must be an APTA member.
Please note that you can save $100 if you make your reservation by July 6, 2012.
2’ x 6’ Table
- $450 - regular reservation fee (reservations by July 6)
- $550 - late reservation fee (after July 6)
Each table reservation includes a skirted table and chair .
Please note that shipping instructions and electrical order form will be posted on this page after July 6.
Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method. When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Deadline & Refund Policy
The deadline for reservations is July 6, 2012. Please note that space may sell out prior to July 6, so early bookings are recommended. Reservations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 late fee, provided space is still available.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 16, 2012. There will be no refunds after July 16.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All attendees must either be registered for the Sustainability & Public Transportation Workshop, or be registered for Showcase-only access (those only interested in staffing the tabletop).
There is one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration included with the purchase of a table. Please fill in the information for the free registration when you complete the table reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only for a fee. Registration information will be available soon.
