Students must enclose a copy of their valid student ID to receive this rate. The $200 student fee DOES NOT apply to university faculty or staff.
Product Showcase-Only Registration
- $35 per person (lunch included)
Exhibitor personnel, as well as anyone wishing to just walk the show floor, can register for the Product Showcase only. If you are attending the full conference, you do not need to register separately for the showcase; it is included in your registration.
Please note: This badge will only give you access to the showcase. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.
Badges may only be picked up after 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 18.
- Early Fee Deadline – March 11, 2016
- Refund Deadline – March 18, 2016
- Pre-registration Deadline – April 8, 2016
- On-site Registration – April 16-18, 2016
Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than March 18, 2016. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the March 16 deadline.
In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future APTA meeting (must be used within one year).
You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization, or another student at your university, attending the 2016 Public Transportation & Universities Conference.
