 Cross-Sector Leaders Discuss Importance of Public Transit Investment in U.S. Communities

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Public Transportation Association will host a press briefing on Wednesday, April 26 at 11:00 a.m. EST and release new information that quantifies the devastating impact the Trump Administration’s proposed cuts in its ‘America’s Blueprint’ budget will have on eliminating jobs, reducing GDP and economic productivity.  Leaders from urban and suburban communities will come together to discuss the role that transit has in fueling their local economies and quality of life in communities across America.
