Each spring, in conjunction with APTA's Bus & Paratransit Conference and International Bus Roadeo, APTA's Marketing & Communications and International Bus Roadeo Committees host the Bus Operator Customer Service Challenge.

The competition tests the customer service skills of bus operators as they face real-life scenarios. Contestants are judged on their ability to resolve each scenario.
