BC Transit in Victoria, BC, announced the hiring of Manuel Achadinha as its president and chief executive officer, effective March 10. He previously served as vice president, terminal operations, for BC Ferries.
The position has been vacant for two years, since the retirement of the former CEO, Bob Irwin.
