Los Alamos, NM, Welcomes ‘Atomic City Transit’

Los Alamos County, NM, recently celebrated the official launch of Atomic City Transit with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and buffet luncheon in honor of the arrival of its first new bus.

The county’s bus service operates on five fixed routes, along with dial-a-ride paratransit service and an additional after-school service. Atomic City Transit currently has a fleet of 14 vehicles, with three more vehicles scheduled to arrive soon.
