Session Overview

This webinar focuses on how new supervisors can effectively communicate within the workplace.

We will discuss how WMATA trains front line management staff to learn how to approach staff and listen effectively. Effective listening, an important part of communication, demonstrates showing respect for work colleagues. Adapting and following these steps and practices build and sustain working relationships at all levels.

This webinar also addresses WMATA’s current Bus Transportation succession planning process and next steps.
