Session Overview

This session discusses why conflict can be present and preferred modes of dealing with conflict. Time will be spent outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the five conflict-handling modes and identifying which is most effective in certain situations. We will distinguish between constructive conflict and damaging conflict, and outline the steps to conducting a collaborative agreement or a crucial conversation.
