| The Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority in Oakland, California, partnered with Workman Publishing to use the system as part of a book tour for a popular knitting author. The event was featured in articles in major newspapers and as well on local television. The event showcased to non-riders what activities can be accomplished while on board public transportation.
