Campaigns

To increase ridership in off peak hours, TriMet in Portland, Oregon, developed an integrated campaign with a theme featuring "things to do using TriMet." In addition to contributing to ridership increases, the campaign has helped elevate the agency by connecting it with the livability of the region. A recent identity-tracking survey showed 62 percent recall of the campaign.
