| To create brand awareness and visibility and to increase ridership, the Triangle Transit Authority in North Carolina created this radio spot. The commercial brought home the point that transit riders have more time to do the things important to them. Among TTA's primary target audience, the percentage with a favorable impression of the system increased from 34 percent (pre-campaign) to 42 percent (post-campaign) and those likely to ride TTA in the future increased from 4 percent (pre-campaign) to 8 percent (post campaign). |
