Riverside Transit Agency in Riverside, California, held a public kick-off ceremony to spread the word about its new bus stop clean up program called "StopWatch." Complete with banners, balloons, give-aways and distinguished speakers, the event set the stage for the new program which invites the community to alert RTA to bus stops that need clean up or repair, by calling a toll free hotline.
