When the Memphis Area Transit Authority in Tennessee shut down its downtown trolley service in order to construct the connection point between the current line and the new line, which was the first phase of a regional light rail system, it developed this creative public awareness campaign to communicate the service changes. The campaign exceeded in increasing positive and factual media coverage of the construction and the long term light rail initiative.
