APTA’s Human Resources Committee has developed a model document to assist transit properties and/or APTA’s business members with the exchange of employees in order to increase the pool of people skilled and trained for public transportation careers. The sharing of best practices from APTA members and the showcasing of talented employees will afford employees the opportunity to enhance their management skills while obtaining a broader understanding of the transit industry.
