Pre-registration for APTA’s December 5, 2024 Winter Legislative Committee meeting and Capitol Hill Holiday Reception is now closed.
Limited on-site registration at Union Station will be available for both the meeting and reception.
Registration is free.
A small number of hotel rooms have been secured for APTA attendees at the Kimpton George Hotel. The deadline for booking a room at the group rate of $229 plus tax is November 22. Once the block is full, individuals will need to book directly on the hotel’s website at the going rate. Please note, APTA attendees WILL NOT be charged the $30 facilities fee, though it will show on your initial room reservation. This rate includes complimentary internet, complimentary coffee served in the lobby 6-10 AM, and a complimentary wine hour served in the lobby 5-6 PM.
