Registration Types


  • $800 per person – on or before August 15, 2014
  • $850 per person – after August 15, 2014 
  • Pre-registration ends on October 7, 2014.  After this date, all registrations will be handled at the Annual Meeting Onsite Registration desk, located in the George R. Brown Convention Center.


Spouse/Guest Fees (The spouse/guest rates are not applicable to fellow employees or industry professionals.)

$125 per person – includes Welcome Reception, Awards Breakfast, and Wednesday Wake-Up Breakfast.

Individual meal tickets will be available for purchase onsite.

If you have registered as an attendee for the Annual Meeting, please do not register for TransITech separately. Your Annual Meeting registration includes access to all TransITech sessions, except for meal events.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 29, 2014. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the August 29 deadline.

In the event of a serious illness or emergency, you may qualify to have the registration fee, minus a 20% processing fee, applied to a future conference (must be used within one year) if your request is received in writing no later than October 27, 2014. There will be no credits after the October 27 deadline.

You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization attending the 2014 Annual Meeting.
