The 2013 APTA Annual Meeting Products & Services Showcase has SOLD OUT. You may still register additional exhibitor personnel or showcase attendees by following the links to the right.
In order to participate in the 2013 Annual Meeting Product Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing.
10’ x 10’ Booth
- $1325 – early fee (reservations by July 30, 2013)
- $1525 – standard fee (after July 30, 2013)
Each booth reservation includes drapes, carpeting, table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration.
When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.
Deadline & Refund Policy
The deadline for reservations is August 26, 2013. Please note that space may sell out prior to August 26, so early bookings are recommended. You can save $200 by making your reservation by July 30, 2013.
Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 30, 2013. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after August 30.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
All Showcase attendees must either be registered for the Annual Meeting, or be registered for Showcase-Only access.
There is one complimentary Showcase-Only exhibitor registration included with the purchase of a booth. Please fill in the information for the free badge when you complete the booth reservation form.
Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Showcase only for a fee of $125 per person.
Please note: The Showcase-Only badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor and does not include entrance to any sessions.
