All workshop attendees must register in order to attend conference events.

Badges are required for all events.

You must login to complete your online registration. If you do not have a login, you can create one here. If you forgot your password and/or experiencing trouble logging in, please contact APTA membership department at membership@apta.com or 202-496-4822.

Selecting one of the registration types below requires pre-approval from APTA or additional verification. Please note that you will get a badge only and will not have full access to the events that requires a ticket. If you would like to have full access to the conference, please select one of the registration fees above.

Online registration is not available for the below registration categories. Please download the registration form on the right side of the page.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, January 13, 2017.   ​

Pre-registration will close on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.  Onsite registration will open on Sunday, February 26, 2017.

Changes/Substitutions

Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to aatkins@apta.com.​ Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than January 27, 2017. There will be no refunds after the January 27 deadline.
