All Seminar attendees must register in order to attend events at the Risk Management Seminar.
Badges are required for all events.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, June 23, 2017.
Pre-registration will close on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite. Onsite registration will open on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to email@example.com. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substitutions must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline of Tuesday, August 1.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing and post-marked no later than July 17, 2017. There will be no refunds after the July 17th deadline.
