In order to participate in the 2018 Annual Meeting Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your booth at the staging of the event.

Exhibitor Information

Booth Fees

10’ x 10’ Booth

  • $1650 – early fee (reservations by July 13, 2018)
  • $1800 – standard fee (after July 13, 2018)

Each booth reservation includes pipe & drape, table, two chairs, company I.D. sign, and one complimentary exhibitor registration (valid for show floor only, and does not include any sessions).

Value-Added Pre-Event Publicity for All Exhibitors

Your 2018 exhibit payment includes a FREE promotional placement in a special APTA 2018 Annual Meeting Products & Services publication, which will be sent to more than 25,000 public transit industry leaders.  The publication will be sent two weeks in advance of the conference, helping build pre-show buzz for your company.

All 2018 Annual Meeting Products & Services exhibitors will be sent complete details on how to submit materials after your exhibitor payment is processed.  The deadline for final artwork for this special publication is August 3, 2018, so reserve your exhibit space early to take advantage of this offer.​

Space Assignments

Space is assigned by APTA on a first come, first served method when accompanied with payment. ​When you complete your reservation form, please note if there are certain companies you wish to not be placed next to.

Deadline & Refund Policy

The deadline for reservations is August 3, 2018. Please note that space is limited and may sell out prior to August 3, so early bookings are recommended. You can save $150 by making your reservation by July 13, 2018.

Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 10, 2018. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after August 10.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration

All Showcase attendees must either be registered for the Annual Meeting, or be registered for Floor Access.

There is one complimentary exhibitor registration included with the purchase of a booth. Please fill in the information for the free badge when you complete the showcase reservation form.

Additional exhibitor personnel may register for the Floor Access for a fee of $325 per person.

Please note: The Floor Access badge will only give you access to the exhibit floor and does not include entrance to any sessions.
