Airport Transportation

Scheduled busservice is available to and from Nashville International Airport using Route 18Airport/Downtown. Located in the GroundTransportation area on Level 1 at the airport, APTA attendees can access thestop by making a right as they exit the airport and continuing straight untilthey see a blue-and-white Nashville MTA sign. The service operates hourly daily and costs $1.70 one-way.  Several APTA block hotels are accessiblealong the Downtown portion of the route with major time points at Music CityCenter (Convention Center) and Music City Central (Downtown bus station). Visit http://nashvillemta.org/Nashville-MTA-Maps-and-Schedules.aspfor a downloadable version.  Schedulesare also available on-site. To read moreabout service to and from the Airport, visit http://nashvillemta.org/Nashville-MTA-airport-service.asp.

Your return trip tothe airport is just as easy. Route 18 Airport/Downtown buses depart from Bay 13at Music City Central.  To access MusicCity Central, catch a Route 18 bus on 6th Avenue as it travels toDowntown and stay onboard as the bus departs from Downtown. Or, catch the GreenCircuit, a free Downtown circulator service that runs every 30 minutes duringa.m. peak. Route 18 buses do not stop at Music City Center when traveling tothe airport.

For the quickesttrip, catch an18 Airport Express bus and get to the airport in about 20minutes. Depending on traffic, local trips can take anywhere from 30 to 45minutes.

Accessible Transportation

For attendees requiring paratransit services, we are pleased to offer Access On Demand sponsored by UZURV.

Using code APTANASH2018, attendees can call 615-823-4466 option #3 to request Access On Demand. This number will be available beginning Friday, September 21 at 8 a.m. and services will remain active until 9pm on Wednesday, September 26. Trips can be requested with as little as one hour notice.

WeGo Access, our traditional paratransit service, is also available. Scheduling must be done 24 hours in advance of your trip. Please contact Marilyn Yokley marilyn.yokley@nashville.gov for information about visitor eligibility prior to arriving in Nashville.

All trips will be at no cost.

Transportation Between Conference Hotels and Music City Center​

All conference hotels are with walking distance of the Music City Center (Convention Center), with the exception of the Doubletree by Hilton Nashville Downtown and Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown, which are serviced by the Music City Circuit – Route 61-Green Circuit. The service is free. Complimentary Transit Pass

Conference registrants can pick up their complimentary transit passes by visiting thecustomer service area at Music City Central or the pop-up customer care kioskon-site at Music City Center during the conference.

Each attendee will beprovided with an unlimited 7-Day Pass to use the system. Customer Care hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 8p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 10:30 a.m. to2:30 p.m. on Sundays. The Music CityCenter (Convention Center) hours of operation are the same as conferencehours.

Attendees should havewith them their conference badge or a valid picture ID and email confirmationthey are attending the conference to receive their 7-Day Pass.
