To help prepare for a future of shared electric, connected, and autonomous mobility services, Nat Parker, CEO of moovel North America, will discuss how agencies can successfully lay a foundation for Mobility as a Service MaaS) and use innovative solutions to embrace this disruption. It is always critical to remember the fundamentals of enabling innovative technology, such as mitigating risks of the cyber security threats. Joe Tenga, CIO of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, offers frank commentary on how these threats demand a challenge to common perceptions held across the enterprise and will share innovative solutions to combat risks effectively.

    FTA awarded the first ever Mobility on Demand Sandbox Grant in October 2016 to 11 recipients in an effort to experiment with innovation technologies in the transit industry.
