The registration fee includes admittance to all of the events surrounding the High-Speed Rail Policy Forum unless otherwise noted. Attendees must register in order to attend.

It has come to our attention that companies​​​​ have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to APTA’s attendee lists. APTA DOES NOT sell its attendee lists to any vendors or other third parties.  Anyone attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent. APTA strongly recommends that all conference registrants disregard such emails.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option. 

Please note: to receive the advance rate, payment must be received by Thursday, November 22, 2018.  

Pre-registration will close on Thursday, November 22, 2018. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.  Onsite registration will open on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.  

Changes/Substitutions

Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to meng@apta.com. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing by November 14​​, 2018. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the November 14th deadline. You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization.
