The registration fee includes admittance to all general  and concurrent sessions, the Welcome Reception, all lunches, the showcase and technical tours.

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.

Badges are required for all events.

Student Registration

The special rate for students is $200. Students must enclose a copy of their valid student ID to receive this rate. The $200 student fee DOES NOT apply to university faculty or staff.

Selecting one of the registration types below requires pre-approval from APTA or additional verification. Speakers please note that you will get a badge only and will not have access to the events that requires a ticket. If you would like to have full access to the conference, please select one of the registration fees above.

Product Showcase-Only Registration

Showcase ​$35


Exhibitor personnel, as well as anyone wishing to just walk the show floor, can register for the Product Showcase only. If you are attending the full conference, you do not need to register separately for the showcase; it is included in your registration.

Please note: This badge will only give you access to the showcase. No conference sessions or other meal functions are included.

Badges may only be picked up after 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 25.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, May 18, 2018.

Pre-registration will close on Monday, June 18, 2018. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.  Onsite registration will open on Saturday, June 23.


Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to Please download and complete the registration form to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing and post marked no later that May 28, 2018. There will be no refunds after the May 28 deadline. You may transfer your registration fee at any time without penalty to another person in your organization, or another student at your university, attending the 2018 Public Transportation & Universities Conference.
