The registration fee includes admittance to all sessions and events at the State Public Transit Partnership Conference.

All attendees must register in order to attend events at the conference.

It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. APTA does not sell its attendee lists and any vendors attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent.

Badges are required for all events.

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.

Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, July 13, 2018.  

Pre-registration will close on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite.  Onsite registration will open on Wednesday, August 15, 2018.  

Speaker Registration & Other Special Registration Categories

The following registration categories do not require payment of a registration fee but may be subject to restrictions as noted below. To register at one of the categories below, please return the hard copy registration form that can be found on the right side of the page.

Speaker Valid only for the session(s) for which you are speaking and meal functions are not included. To attend other sessions you must pay the workshop registration fee.

Valid student ID must be submitted with the registration form. Meal functions are not included with this registration.



Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to aatkins@apta.com . Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substitutions must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline of Tuesday, August 7.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received in writing no later than July 20, 2018. There will be no refunds after the July 20th deadline.
