The Transit CEOs Seminar is only open to the head of APTA operating Transit System Members and their deputies.
The registration fee includes admittance to all general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the Welcome reception and lunch on Sunday, Monday and the closing reception on Monday night.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.
Badges are required for all events.

Please note that you will get a badge only and will not have full access to the events that requires a ticket. APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option.
Please note: to receive the early rate, payment must be received by Friday, January 5, 2018.
Pre-registration will close on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. If you are not registered by the pre-registration deadline, you will need to register and pay onsite. Onsite registration will open on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
Changes/substitutions must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please download and complete the registration from to submit your substitution request. All changes/substations must be submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline listed above.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrationfees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee if a request is received inwriting and post-marked no later than January 12, 2018. There will be no refunds after the January 12th deadline.
